Short sweet Cute

So sometimes when I go home at lunch I am lucky enough to have a fun letter waiting for me from my sis! And every time I open one I get covered in glitter and I was wondering today if people notice that. When I get back and I have glitter all over I wonder if people wonder where I have been. Do they wonder if I sometimes strip during lunch to make ends meet? Or do they think I go to the pretty pretty princess castle?! Or do they even notice? I notice everything…..and sometimes I wish I wouldn’t.

So last week was sort of insane by Friday night I was so tired I was so happy to see my bed! I passed out and stayed out well into Saturday afternoon! But I did get to see John the IV! He is so cute! He has soft little baby feet! He also has frog legs! It was really neat to see how he already knows his parents voices! I was holding him while his mama was in the potty. He started to cry as she was coming out and she started talking and he stopped crying right away and reached his head towards her voice. IT was so stinking CUTE!

Just for the sake

So I'm reading (lurking) the 13+ blogs that i enjoy and no one is really posting anything new and I'm thinking COME on people post new things! Then i realize HA i need to post something new. Put the new post Karma out there! So here goes!!

This weekend i wrapped lots of gifts, ate good food (all at once...not so good), saw a rock school preform (they were neat), held a really cute baby, had imaginary tea with an almost 3 year old, played Guitar Hero (poorly), finished last minute Christmas things, and Cleaned!

Yesterday I went to produce junction, got gas, heated up my lunch , cleaned out the fridge, took out the trash, and put away all the produce just during lunch. Then I had dinner with fun chicks, helped one of them pick out new sweaters while getting a last minute gift, paid a bill, bought a tray, picked out nice lace tank tops for me, decorated a tree, and played guitar hero all after leaving work.

SO there is a nice post for you. Now i must you know....work.

Wow you would think i would have an AMAZING post for my # 200 post....but i don't....i can list somethings i am hating right now:

1. Boyfriends who close all the vents in your car leaving you to wonder why the side windows aren't defrosting!!! OH MAYBE B/C ALL THE VENTS ARE CLOSED! BUTTNUGGETS!

2. SUVs that drive 10 miles an hour while it's snowing....NOT while snow is on the ground just while it's snowing. PLUS even if there was SNOW on the ground YOUR IN AN SUV 4X4 isn't this SHIT the reason you GOT an SUV?!?! F***FACES!

3. People who sit at GREEN lights. The light is GREEN am i in the twilight zone? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? are You lost is that why you are holding up traffic?! MORONS!

4. When the GPS unit says.....Turn left...so you get in the left turning lane only to have the snatchface say.....Turn left in 2.7miles! WTF? BITCH!

5. Places that don't take credit! JOIN the 21st century already! Wont places be reading our minds for payment soon? Wont we have chips implanted in us or some shit..... "oh no we don'ta takea thata." BASTARDS

6. People who drive up your butt in a snow storm....um if ever there was a time to leave that 3 car space now is the time! If my wheels go from the "wheels that grip to the wheels that slip" what do you think is going to happen to you? ASSHOLES!

7. People who YOU PAY treating YOU like crap! HELLO I am giving you business! LOTS OF IT! Shouldn't some bending over backwards be going on? JACKWIPES!

and FINALLY

8. Co-Workers who are sick and come to work to infect EVERYONE ELSE....That cough you hear slowly overtaking the office?! NOT GOOD! Stay home! SICKIE!

Not to be unfair I'll list things that i like right now:

1. My mom. She is fun, funny, cute, sweet, caring and just all around awesome! She makes hard days nice. WONDERFUL!

2. LittleBigSis, She is fun, funny, hilarious, glamorous, and just all around awesome as well! She also makes hard days nicer. FABULOUS!

3. Boyfriends that hug you after not seeing you all day. It's nice...it's warm....it makes things better i swear! :o) SWEET!

4. COOKIES! CHOCOLATE! CANDY! Yum Yum YUM! YUMMY!

5. Babies. They are cute, soft, and sometimes smell nice. They are best when they can be given back! ADORABLE!

6. Snowboarding! It's really fun and yeah it's cold sometimes but it's FUN! More snowboarding for EVERYONE! WICKED!

7. Christmas gatherings! Well the ones with people you like (you know not the ones with your boyfriends co-workers or things such as that). They are fun and crazy! SUPER!

and FINALLY

8. Helping other people out. I love helping other people out when i can. It makes me feel good. Weather it's lending your time, your ear, your thoughts, or sometimes your money it's always worth every thing you give. AMAZING!

So what can we learn today? That BUTTNUGGETS, F***FACES, MORONS, BITCHES, BASTARDS, ASSHOLES, JACKWIPES, and SICKIES are all bad! But things that are WONDERFUL, FABULOUS, SWEET, YUMMY, ADORABLE, WICKED, SUPER, and AMAZING are all good!

Have a swell this is Wednesday for you but Thursday for me! (eat that!) (also lets note none of the things listed are in order they just came to my mind as they wanted.)

Reasons for STAYING IN.

Is being not unfaithful but straying being unfaithful? Your either not unfaithful or your unfaithful b/c your straying….Right? It’s a line in a song “I’m not unfaithful but I stray.” Yeah sorry if my man was ever like “oh honey I Have NEVER been Unfaithful I have just strayed.” I would give him a punch in the junk and we would be done! Freaking hussy songs I listen to!

Who wants to hear sad customer service stories? Too bad this is my blog so you get to hear them! HA

I was at Target last night. I picked up this shirt that had the original price crossed off and it had part of a clearance sticker on it NOT to mention it was on the clearance rack. But part of the sticker clearly had been taken off my guess (and sissy’s) was that someone picked it off to put it on something else. So I take it up front with me to see how much it is. I ask the girl to price check it for me. She tries but it says that it’s not in the system. So she gets the manager she says it says it’s not in the system. The manager NO LIE says “well that means it’s on clearance so it would not be in the system, but since it’s not showing up we would have to charge full price for it.” So I say “so it’s on clearance but I’m not going to get it at the sale price?” The manager “No, since we don’t know what it is….” Me “OK then I don’t want it.

But honestly really Um look this is on sale but you’ll have to pay full price…..No. So Freaking Stupid!

Then Dan and I ate at this Willow Inn place in Willow Grove last night. He asked the waitress what she would recommend. She recommends the Chicken Parm. I love chicken parm so I order that…….. What comes to mind when thinking of Chicken Parm? Breaded chicken with melted cheese goodness right? (I get mine without red sauce.) So she brings it out and it’s just a piece of chicken with cheese on it. Um what? You call this Chicken parm why? Call it grilled chicken with cheese….NOT Chicken parm!! And I remember seeing on the menu that you can request that any meat be breaded I’m thinking that you can make a regular thing breaded if you want LITTLE did I know you have to request NORMAL things that SHOULD be breaded to be breaded! It's not like the description of the Chicken Parm said (breaded upon request) WHICH it should HAVE!!

SO why didn’t the waitress who RECOMMENDED the Chicken Parm tell you “Oh do you want it breaded or not?” FUCK ME! Is it so hard to comprehend? Un-breaded Chicken Parm is not chicken parm….it’s grilled or broiled chicken. Its punishment food…..it’s I’m on a diet food….it is NOT something you recommend people to get unless you mention the part about the BEST PART MISSING!!

In conclusion people are STUPID (Except the people reading this blog. your awesome. LOL I mean it.)!

Going through the garage last night! Mom pulling random stuff from her room! Wrapping gifts...could it be anymore like Christmas? We had fun bitching at each other and yet having so much fun!

This morning i got up at 4:15am to go and celebrate Our Lady of Guadalupe. My co-worker is named after the saint so it's like her 2nd birthday today...so us girls went to her church this morning with her to celebrate. Granted i really didn't understand anything b/c it was all being done in Spanish but it was still fun! (i should also note that i am not Catholic....i was purely doing this for my co-worker.)

By the way it's freezing! Just thought i would let everyone know.

So it's Friday!! And hopefully it will be a fun weekend! Tonight we are taking the lovely Katie to dinner for her b-day! :o) So have a good Friday everybody!

My mind is a mess

So lets start with why I am a hillbilly today. We get a pie from a trucking company yesterday. So we save it for today. No one knew what kind it was b/c we are morons and could not find the label. So this morning we open it and I'm like "Oh it's shoefly pie! Yum!" EVERYONE around me is like...."What in Gods Green earth is that?" Me: "you don't know?! You really don't know?" (at this point I'm confused and i sort of feel betrayed!)

Some people think it's minced meat pie.....some people think it has lots of raisins and nuts in it....but NOT one person actually knows what it is besides me! Now I've sort of grown up with the belief that shoefly pie and PA go together like pizza and NY!! I really believed that people who grew up in PA should know what shoefly & funnycake are! But no not today my friends not today.

So as I'm getting some people to try it and explaining to the others what it is i was also explaining funnycake! As I'm doing this i hear from the 3 door on the left...."your a certified HillBilly!" LOL never saw that one coming.

Now lets talk about the twilight movie....Edward my buddy your ugly....your face got smashed in somehow...but at least you add humor to the movie. Bella for some time you tried to control your man voice....but you lost that control after the baseball game (what little you had) ALSO is your stunt double a robot that you actually let say most of you unemotional lines? ALSO ALSO when you were supposed to be in "Pain" why did it look like you were in the middle of pleasure? Emmett, Jasper, Esme, and Carlisle you are all very ugly. Rosalie you have junk in your trunk...good for you (your clothes however awful). Jacob....oh Jacob....you not only FUGLY but that hair.....ewww....that brown paint Spackle or whatever they used to color your skin....ewww! i do hope they replace you with someone better.....(please be right Perez Hilton)!

Lets talk about the films other weak points.....Edward if that "sparkle" is really how "Vampires" look in sunlight believe me you would fit in just fine. How can it be icy when A. it's clearly raining! and B. there are puddles? NO it can't be. Did you get your special effects on special b/c they were left over from My Secret Identity? I'm sorry Twilight you got nothing on Harry potter....except maybe humor. B/c it did keep me laughing like the soap Passions.

Moving on chocolate chip cookie stacks are yummy! Book Lending Cousins are cute! Sisters are fun! and my aunt is silly! I feel bad for being a poor turnpike toll user yesterday but i wanted to get rid of my change! the 1st toll i dropped some change as i was dumping it into the guys hand. The 2nd toll i dropped the ticket then dumped change into the guys hand! The 1st toll guy counted my change while i waited. The 2nd toll guy said "is this the right amount?" Me: "yes!" Him "OK." LOL Good Job me!

Tonight i wrap gifts! I chat with mom and sis! and hopefully we eat something yummy! YUM!

the MAD dash

So i am nearing the finish of Christmas Stuff. Tomorrow night i will be wrapping gifts at my moms house cause she has tons of wrapping paper! and she is more then willing to share! Well let me clarify....i have things i need to Crochet but that is neither here nor there....i have the things planned i just need to start them! which might mean people get stuff late....who knows!

I almost finished my cards last night! ALMOST! i was working on them when i looked at the clock and it was 10:30! I'm sure i should have started a little earlier then 8:30pm but i made dinner and did laundry in my defense....it wasn't all video games and watching TV. Sure there was an hour or 2 where i was playing video games BUT i was on fire in my one game and I had been trying to get to stage 10 for the past 3 days!! So i am finally at stage 10! with 2 lives! YES! On the other hand....the boy has his cards to fill out b/c he spent all the time playing video games... BOYS!

He plays this really saucy game where his guy makes village people fall in love with him and some of the noises or phrases the women and men say are just crazy! Such as "I've got a good discount for you right here (in a sexy voice)!" or the men say "I like your pants!" His guy married a chick and every time he is home she is like "why don't we go over there?" as she is pointing to the bed! AND it asks you if you want to "wear protection" or not!! WHAT?! and if he is away from his wife too long she will leave him. Oh and his wife no lie is a Fat-Lover. Meaning she loves fat guys? So crazy!!

I spy with my little eye...

Raise your hand if having someone watch over you while you do your work helps you get your work done super fast… Anyone…..anyone…..anyone? Didn’t think many people would respond with a “yes it does.” I hate when people want something from you and then proceed to stand and wait for it. Even after I say….GIVE me 10-15 minutes…hint hint hint… GO AWAY for 10-15! I have NEVER liked people looking over my shoulder….i use to have a teacher who did that. YEAH like my horrible spelling skills and reading skills are going to be made better by YOU watching me and making me nervous!

Which brings me to my next point… I hate being the center of attention. BUT the friends I have hate it even more so when we have showers and people have to be directed to do things… guess who has to direct them… yup… ME! Like the shower this past weekend I had to be the party Nazi and get people to fill out not just ONE thing BUT THREE things as they walked in the door!! THREE things!! And then I had to get them to play games….eat…everything!!! Who knew having a party was more like directing a herd of people!! But it was worth it to see my friend enjoying her party. However… thank goodness you only have a party for the 1st one and I only have a few friends. BUT too bad I don’t plan on having a baby or getting married in a way that involves other people….so they will never have the pleasure of throwing me a party.

I’ve said it before….I’m a lurker…

I am a lurker…I read several blogs and comment on NONE of them (well except like 2). But I have had to replace at least 4-6 blogs that I use to read b/c people either close them down or make them password protected! NO FUN. I am not about to e-mail them for the password….so I just don’t get to read them anymore. I know I’m a shameless lurker. Currently I check or read 13 blogs….2 of them I will comment on sometimes….3 of them are photographers blogs….and the rest I read shamelessly and never comment on! Does this make me a bad person?

I’ll admit that some of them I read because the persons life is just so crazy that I can’t believe it….some of them are just very well written….some of them are just train wrecks…. Then it makes me wonder what kind of people read my blog and what they think of me….but since my count is under 500 I’m guessing me and my sissy are my fans….LOL. O’well good thing I don’t care.

On the other foot I would like to talk about secretly funny people. I know at least 3 people that are quiet around you but are hilarious around people they really know. (yes sissy you inspired me) For instance I know this one girl that I went to school with….she was so quite but when you got to know her she could make you laugh so hard with her sarcasm! She was so funny in math class. Then my friend’s sister…she is funny and evil….you would never guess….and for years I never knew. Then you have Sissy’s husband. She tells me the hilarious things he comes up with. So funny…..come on secret funny people share the humor with the rest of us!

More Shopping (i know your shocked)!

So Saturday was a huge success!! Major fun baby shower!! My friend was not surprised at all she was so sure it was her shower that she brought my b-day gift with her.....what a goob! The decorations were super neat and everything went really well! Maybe someday i will post pictures....but i doubt it! LOL

Then Sunday i went SHOPPING! I had such good luck i almost didn't want to stop! My purse was FINALLY on clearance so i got that!! And I got a few other things! SHOPPING!!

Then last night my sister and i went shopping! And i got some cute boots for when it snows. We got some really pretty tea pots for gifts! it was sad b/c we were in Value City and the announcer just kept saying over and over again that they would be closing their doors "FOREVER!" Not just for a little while but FOREVER! Sad Sad Sad! OH and we found some really neat things for my mom!! (well that was the whole point of shopping last night mom gifts!) We didn't get to see twilight but maybe next week.

Oh i have failed to mention the shopping my honey did on black Friday and this weekend....he bought me a digital camera, he bought him an XBOX 360, a zen mp3 player, a navigation unit (for us to share) and a 37" HD LCD TV. So needless to say i think Lappy and i will become bestest friends b/c i have a feeling i will no longer be able to just watch TV.

But hey maybe there will be more photos on this blog since i have a digital camera....but don't hold your breath or anything.

The curse of Shopping

Well my hair wanted me to shop this morning! It was wonderful! I got up rolled out of bed thinking I would have to wash my hair BUT it had kept its nice shape so I just fluffed it a little and I was on my shopping way!!

So here is a sleepy stupid sales girl story: I was at H&M buying my pre-selected items. I started with my sis’s pile of clothes. The girl is halfway through ringing up the stuff when this conversation happens…

Sleepy Stupid Sales Girl: “you’re going to kill me.”
Me: “why?”
SSSG: “well the discount is only on purchases of 50$, so I have to ring up 50$ worth of stuff then you buy it then I ring up 50$ worth more.”
Me: “Really? Well if that is how you have to do it then I guess you have to because I want my discount.” (Meanwhile I am thinking she is nuts to think I would not want the discount if I am in the store at 6am!)
SSSG: “ok.”
Me: “So wait….if I get this coat that is MORE then 50$ you’re telling me that I can’t get the 20% off?”
SSSG: “Well it’s a maximum of 50$”
Me: (after looking at the sign…..I read right from the sign.) “It says “a minimum of 50$” that means I have to buy at least 50$ not the other way around….”
SSSG: “OH yeah….Oh….sorry I don’t know what is wrong with me.”

I tell her that it’s early and all is forgiven because the whole point is that I get my discount! 6am shoppers are not there for everyday prices! So THEN I am leaving the store and there is a tag left on something!! Thankfully a smarter girl helped me. Otherwise I would have been going through every bag and I would have left a pair of pants behind (its early people!)!! So I thought at this point that I somehow brought a shopping curse with me but I still ventured on!

Good thing I did because I got 4 new bra’s for only 80$ which is awesome when you consider most of the time they are 35-50$ each! I also got 3 nice pairs of work pant for 84$ again usually they are 50-60$ each! And that is where I stopped A. Because I guess I have to buy Christmas gifts for people this year. B. I Kind of had to go to work you know if I want to keep paying for shopping. & C. it was starting to get crowded…yuck.

So besides fun shopping…I had a really fun fun Thanksgiving! Family is fun! Only one sad thing…my poor cute….PRETTY, NICE, SMART, TALENTED….you get the idea cousin is dating a loser faced loser. (He is in high school so is she BUT STILL) he told her that he would come over for dinner….then he was going to come later…..then he couldn’t come b/c he didn’t have money for gas….then he wanted her to meet his brother…….but somehow still didn’t have gas........So when she stops texting him back and once he figures most of her family must be gone he “Surprises her” by showing up at her door with his friend. Um it’s not really a surprise if you said you would come for dinner then cancel 10 minutes before it’s going to happen…..it’s NOT A SURPRISE you’re an asshat. She deserves so much better! I hope she doesn’t give him more then he deserves if you catch what I’m saying. SAD.

Tortillas & Hair

What is better then Tortilla Night? Surprise Tortilla Night!! YEAH! I live the wild life! :o) We had a yummy dinner. I spent a good 2 hours making bracelets only to have them turn out to not work! So i have to start all over again. I am so excited i could spit on a shoe! But at least i got Tortillas!! YUM!

My mom was in a not so swell mood due to talk of hair. We are trying to convince her to try a new hair style but it's like trying to get a rabbit to birth a cow. Not going to happen. My sister spent 1 hour searching for pictures of haircuts my mom might like. Only to come up with one. I looked for 5-10 minutes saw there was nothing and just gave up. So my sister was telling me that i had done the smart thing, because the one picture my sis did find my mom told her to throw out. So then my mom took this as i was better at finding hair on the Internet so she was all huffy saying i should look because i was better at it. What a mess!! As you can tell hair is a topic of much frustration in my family. LOL Just look at my old posts and you can see my hair issues!

We still had fun it was just one dead end road after the next last night. Well it's Tuesday but it's more like Thursday since we have Thursday off....so tomorrow is like fake Friday! Yippee!! And tomorrow i get to shop! SHOP! I love shopping have i mentioned this to you before? SHOP!

Advent Calander

So i bought an advent calender for 99 cents and i brought it in to work last week i believe. The one girl i work with saw it and said "So when do we get to start eating chocolate?" And that is why i love my co-workers! They get it! They get that food is awesome!

Well i went on my trip and had a time. Lots of stuff happened and it took 4 planes to get us there and back. Luck was on my side because apparently the person i was traveling with has a terrible time with airlines and such. The flights are always delayed by hours sometimes days. Also they failed to mention to me that the 1st time they went to our destination the plane was a 9 seater. Thankfully the plane was a bit bigger then that but not much bigger. Good thing motion sickness medicine is available!

It's FRIDAY!!! And next week is Thanksgiving!! Yippee!! Thanksgiving....FOOD! FOOD!! FOOD!!! Set the mashed potatoes in front of sissy and i and we are good to go! (also make sure the salt shaker is near me...thanks) BUT my family is awesome and already knows all the rules! No garlic mashed potatoes this year (and no mom i am not giving you ideas!!)!! Not that they are awful but regular mashed potatoes are my favorite! YUM! No cut and pasting myself into Thanksgiving photos this year! It will be sad that my honey wont see his mama but in life you can't win them all.

So the papers that come out of the printer are super warm and I declare that we print out stacks of paper and put them all over ourselves to keep warm! Who is with me? It's like a mama hug when you have no microwave! So is it 4:30 yet? Just asking...

Oh yeah while at the hotel the staff was talking really loud and you know it was crass things b/c honestly what do people ever talk too loud about. Have you ever noticed that? when people are being loud they generally are talking about things that other people should not be hearing them talking about? For instance one time i was in K-Mart and this lady was on the phone with someone half yelling about how her husband and her are on the brink of divorce. Talking all loud about counseling and what they talk about in there and how he goes to bars and gets numbers....WHAT why are you talking about this walking around K-Mart? shouldn't this be a inside voice in your car conversation? People have no sense of privacy anymore. Some things are for closed doors!

All this so i could tell you how the hotel staff was harassing each other for sleeping with some of the guests! Please keep that information to yourselves! Some things you can never scrub from your mind no matter how hard you try!

The Mistake that keeps on giving

So I forgot to change the date on my estimates this week and everyone is bugging out. Just as soon as i get done explaining it to one person another person pops up out of no where and has the same question!! For crying out loud people get over it already!! It's just a date. It's not the end of the world or so i didn't think it was until everyone starting crying over it!! So that my friends is my mistake of the week that keeps on giving! Yippee!

So i get to go to AreKANSAS today and it's not a direct flight so it's going to take over 4 hours to get there maybe more like 5 1/2 with all the travel time and layovers. I am so not excited. I return tomorrow night at like 10-11pm just to be back at work Thursday morning bright and early. Already i want to vomit and I'm not even on the plane yet! So who wants to take my place? anyone? anyone at all? please....someone....anyone.......

FINE be that way!

We saw an apartment last night...the area was OK....the landlord seemed nice....but the apartment was made for a midget. The kitchen was sad. Half oven (which i hate) no counter space (double hate) low ceilings....all around just not for us. My honey can convince himself that any apartment (that isn't falling apart) can work for him...I can not. Especially if it isn't a good price. 895$ a month should get me a better kitchen But maybe i am delusional. Good thing we have plenty of time.

So is my trip over yet? No? WHY NOT? (yes i am whinny today...get over it!) Guess i should go and work for the few hours i am here. Have a swell day.

Never let a skinny person save your seat.

So I saw the MATCHES!!! They were awesome! They did sing plenty of old good stuff as well as new good stuff!! They were ever the performers as well! AWESOME!! Dan & I both noticed for the 1st time just how tall the lead singer Shawn is. When the guy was testing his mike he was standing on his tippy tippy toes! Also they wear the tightest pants ever…I half wonder if they get sewed into them… Also my honey cracked me up b/c Valencia came on before the Matches but after the Status. So he thought Valencia was the Matches and he says as the stage is being set up for the next performers “they were not as dressed up as they usually are….” And I was like what do you mean? So he says "Well when we saw them in Allentown they were all dressed up"….I thought about it and figured out that he thought Valencia was the Matches. Too funny I guess he isn’t use to opening opening opening acts.



Also never leave a skinny person to save your seat! I love you honey I do but you let that big booty chick take over my seat when I went to the potty! She had her scary thighs all up in my business and she was tapping along to the beat of Valencia and with out my permission so was I. (that is how close she was seated next to me with her big booty.) I finally got a Matches t-shirt! Awesome! So we had fun but we did leave before the end of Baysides set b/c the crowd was just too over powering.



Also a funny thing that happened. This guy sitting behind us kneed me in the back but not hard or on purpose just by accident b/c he was a fairly large guy. He said sorry. And I look at Dan and say "that guy bumped me.....Beat him up!" (i was joking) Dan looks at me and says "He's a big guy!" LOL he then made a hand gesture which involved a flick...meaning the guy could flick Dan to the side i suppose. It was funny...we know how to have a good time! :o)

Oh and while standing in line i saw my sissy! I saw pink hair emerging from the crowd and i thought.....hey that's my sissy. And sure enough it was! So that was fun. LOL yeah i was in a sea of teens and tweens....i saw the look of horror on my sissy's face. But THANK the LORD for 21 and over areas! Where you can sit and little children aren't pushing you around. The only time it pays to be an old woman.

On that note this old woman is out.

When I say "Fri" You say "DAY!"

So last night was a fun filled night of crazy. 1st my sister bought fudge and it's been at my moms for sometime. My sister asks me to try it when i get to my moms. So i do and it's good. Very Peanut. I'm on the phone with her telling her that "Oh the lady included samples of other fudges!" And my sis tells me to try one if i want. So we hang up...I'm chatting with the mom and i finally decided to try the one "fudge" sample... I take a piece put it in my mouth and chomp down....NOT FUDGE! NOT FUDGE! SOAP!! SOAP SOAP SOAP!!! So gross!!

I hope the lady put it in there by accident b/c you have a business card for a bakery in with soap samples?! how does that even make sense? But the funniest part is my mom was going to try a piece after i spit mine out b/c she thought i was crazy saying the fudge tasted like soap...until i was in the bathroom with the sample washing my hands with it's foamy self!!

So then my mom and I are watching smallville. And there is a part where this guy Davis is telling Chloe how much he wants her....And he says "I'll wait however long it takes." And my mom says what she thinks Chloe should say "How about you get your eyebrows plucked while you wait?" Then he says "you know where to find me" My mom says "At the place where they pluck eyebrows?" LOL she is really funny.

Then there is the way we kid around all the time that my mom is nazi of napkins and tissues. Like we pretend that we have to ask for permission and she pretends to ask us if this is our 1st or 2nd (with a look of a accusation)? So 1st i got a napkin from her and i miss placed it but then i saw her with one....so I said "Do you have my napkin?" And she was like "No your crazy!" and i said "Oh I thought we had to share them now!" So a little while later i am leaning over to get something and she is pulling and I thought she was pulling on my tissue trying to get it out of my hand. And she is laughing at me b/c she wanted the blanket that i had not my tiny tissue. LOL then she says "We're sharing it's my turn now!" LOL She is funny so funny. I told her i was going to blog everything! So as I'm leaving her house she says "Have fun Blogging your sister tomorrow!" And I say "No mom I g-talk her." She says "Same thing."

And that is why I love her b/c she is so cute and wonderful! She also made me yummy chicken pot pie! She also helped me rope my cousin into going to my storage unit with me! Where i freed my boots for the winter! Also i got rid of another bag of clothes! that is 2 bags this week for anyone keeping score! Two bags where did it all come from? All i know is I'm glad to be rid of it! Good bye stuff....that makes room for more stuff right?

Well it's FRIDAY and we all know that = Happy day! Tomorrow night i get to see the matches! GO MATCHES! so have a good day/weekend everybody. Blog you later!

Bad idea!

So i got tickets to the Bayside/Matches show through the Trocadero's web site and now they are sending me their other events. It's over all an awful idea b/c now all i want is to go to show after show after show...for instance i would like to see TUESDAY 11/25 @ The Balcony - THE MEDIC DROID. Then there is JIMMY EAT WORLD on 2/25/09.

For them it's an awesome idea, way to put the carrot in front of the horse's mouth! But from my view point it's awful! I could easily spend all my money going to show after show. But i have many problems that thankfully stop me from doing so. 1. Young people most of the shows i want to go to are filled with them. And I'm not sure what The Balcony is but if it means the older folk (me) can't go up in the Balcony to avoid the little people then there is no way i would go! #2. There are only so many shows i can force people to go with me to. I am pretty sure NO ONE will like the Medic Droid besides me. #3. I really should stop spending the money on it...after all Snowboarding is just around the corner! (even though the Medic Droid show is only 12$ a ticket....)

So anyways The Troc is being evil yet genus.

Chicken Pot CHICKEN Pot CHICKEN POT PIE! It is chicken pot pie Thursday!! That just begs to question what should i have for lunch if i want to gorge myself on pot pie tonight? Good question! Also where do i get good zucchini bread now that i have finished the loaf i bought this weekend? (it's mini loaf so stop right there!) Or better yet where can i find someone who will make me zucchini bread and pumpkin bread! Yum!!

Oh and on that note my Honey Chicken did not believe me that zucchini bread exist. i WAS going to give him some to PROVE that it not only exist but is YUMMY! HOWEVER i decided i would actually enjoy it fully so i ate it all myself....is that wrong? If it is I'm sort of most likely not really that sorry at all. Maybe the next loaf i manage to find i will share with him. Since as far as he knows it's fictional.

They breed when no one is looking

How did i have a bag of clothes to get rid of? Are my things breeding when I'm not around? I'm beginning to think they are! I swear for the past year i have gotten rid of a bag of stuff every two months! and i got rid of ALOT before we moved back to PA. I honestly don't understand where everything is coming from! Anyways....

We are trying to "re-structure" things in the house we live in. I kept cleaning everything but what i need to clean. I don't really know why. It's just books and paper that i need to clean up...maybe clothes are more fun? O'well today is another day!

**side note is it ever good when you hear the Supervisor say he is "worried" about payroll? **

I can't wait to see the Matches this weekend! did i fail to mention they are opening for Bayside...yeah i might have b/c i could care less about Bayside. Don't get me wrong they have enjoyable music but i'm more excited about the Matches!! But what would really be great would be if the Yeah Yeah Yeahs would go on tour again already!! All the shows that i have been to the top four in no order would be No Doubt, MSI, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, & yes you guessed it the Matches when they opened for Yellow Card.

Why is it so freak'n cold everywhere? INSIDE, OUTSIDE, UPSIDE DOWN SIDE! COLD COLD COLD! Oh i was sitting in Bed covered in blankets with a winter Hat on and Tim asked me "are you really that cold?" YES i am! I wanted to say well when you keep the house at 63 or less in cold weather I'm going to be COLD!!! I need to get an electric blanket or have those hand warmers or heat mama hugs up everyday all day!!!

But i can appreciate the cold when there is snow with it! The snow makes the cold understandable. Not to mention i can snowboard! I can't wait to snowboard either! Also last night i was starting to write down on paper the people i had to buy gifts for for Christmas and the Cards i need to send out! I think i will have to borrow my moms kitchen to make cookies so that i can give those out to people. Because i work in YET another office where everyone gets everyone a gift! I kind of hate that a lot.

I mean we all know that we barley make the money we need yet here we are going mental on the holidays b/c of what? I have said this a lot unless you really know someone what is the point of buying them something? Just so you have this empty jester? So they can just turn around and give it to someone else? What is the skipping point? I hate to admit it but i have gotten something from someone at work and turned around and given it to someone else. I hate collecting crap so i either give it to someone else or i give it to good will!

Do i sound ungrateful? Because i just mean that people should not waste their money! i am fine with a fun card or just someone saying Merry Christmas. Especially when i know the person is struggling! Save your money for your rent! or your bills! I don't understand why people go mental on Christmas just like i don't understand how mental people can get for weddings.

Like my Good Friends and I spend 10$ on each other at Christmas. We set the limit and we follow it. We always find awesome stuff for each other and we don't end up broke! B/c if you really know someone 10$ is all you need to find them one thing they will love.

Prevention is for the Insane

So I have a question why is it that when you have a little problem people expect you to wait until it’s a giant issues to take care of it? What about prevention? What about trying to stop the avalanche from starting?

(*let’s forget for a moment that high school blows*) It’s like when I was in 11th grade and I just started trigonometry. In the first 2 weeks I realized I was not going to be able to learn from the teacher. He was not going to teach me anything so I requested a change of class because there was a class I could have taken with a different teacher. BUT NO they told me I had to be failing with math lab HELP before they would consider it. SO I have to fail before you will let me switch? I can’t switch and never have to fail? And in all honesty the more I think about it right now…if I failed the first semester would I have a chance of passing the rest of the year? I just failed to learn the first part how would I then get the second part? Also why should I have to go to math lab on my own time when I should be learning what I need to in class? It made no sense so I just failed the class. The shitty part is I didn’t need the class I was just taking it b/c I really enjoyed math. (Yes another joy high school took away from me)

So when I was at the doctors yesterday he is asking me how long my acne has been a problem and if it’s only on my face and blah blah blah. Finally he comes over to me and looks at my face and he utters “There’s not much there….not much scarring…” Yeah for me more then 5 painful zits at a time is not normal A. B. Should I wait until my entire face is so scared up and broken out that you don’t even see one space of clear skin? What is wrong with me trying to take care of this problem before it gets much worse? I really don’t understand why I should wait until my face is so bad it may never have clear skin.

I see people with scars from acne and I really am just trying to prevent myself from having that is that a crime? I realize I am lucky that I can do this but again is it wrong for me to take preventive measures? Should I just wait around for the heart attack or can I exercise and try to eat well? Should I wait for the skin cancer or can I use sun block? I know you see where I’m going but it just pisses me off that I can’t prevent something from becoming worse with out people thinking I am crazy.

P.S. my doctor is one light jog away from a heart attack himself.

Double time it!

so this weekend flew by! I saw my mom and friends. I saw very little of the washer & dryer! But that is OK. Who needs to clean when there is life to live?

Tonight is going to be super fun i can't wait! SHOPPING!!! And Saturday i get to see the Matches Again!!!! Yippee for the Matches! I hope they sing a good mix of all their songs I really love their older stuff!

Went to the doctor so hopefully the stuff he gave me works. Well he didn't give it to me i had to go bend over for CVS so they could proceed to rape me. But i have spent too much money over the past 2 years trying to fix my acne on my own.

I wish i had more compelling things to type OH just for my sis i will leave you with this...

I am going on a one day trip for work and my sis asked me if i was getting a bonus and i replied...
Probably not, i bet they think it's a privilege for me to fly on a plane as opposed to swimming across the boarder. (playing that Mexican card! Love it!)

Entertaining the Sis

While I’m away I am trying to post a long blog to entertain the Sis! I am going to this networking thing for women today and the one girl in the office has been to it twice already and she keeps telling us how boring it is. Great way to physic us out! She was also telling me yesterday that the food is small portions so you leave the thing hungry and wanting more food. LOL it’s funny b/c I doubt I’ll even like the food. I rarely like the food.

Ok let’s talk about shopping. So last night I went out trying to find a suit for this thing today. Well I went to fashion bug 1st. Other then a really cute top I almost bought for Christmas until I decided that this year I need to find a DRESS to wear for Christmas. Also they have these shoes that I keep not buying HOPING they will go on clearance! Then I went to TJ MAX. I fell in LOVE with a pair of low boots! THEY ARE LIKE BUTTER! BUT they were $39.99. I couldn’t spend 40$ on a pair of low boots! Maybe I’ll go back in a week and if they are still there get them. TJ MAX did not have any nice reasonably priced suits. So I moved on over to ROSS. ROSS had the purse that I LOVE! I LOVE IT! But it was $49.99 still!! And I can’t spend that much on a purse even if I LOVE it. They had a really ugly suit for $11.99. It was just too ugly and it was a really long ugly skirt. They also had a $69.99 CK suit. HA no. So then I went to MANDEES. MANDEES had no suits or suit jackets or anything other then lots of SHOES that I could love. Some tops I could love. But I did let myself buy a pair of white wedge sandals for next year for $8.40.

MAN I REALLY NEED A KICK!

I need a kick in the butt and that kick needs to hold inspiration and motivation in it! I do nothing, I am nothing!! that is how i feel. I wish i could say that i accomplish a lot! But i don't I'm surprised when i get out of bed on time! THANK GOD i have hardly any hair or i would have a rats nest!

I think that i really really need to start going to the gym at least 3 times a week and MAKE myself go. I think that will help me gain energy....or so i hope!! Snowboarding is just around the corner and we had to make the tough choice to NOT get season passes. So i wont be boarding as much as i would like. However given my current state of not being who knows if i would even use the pass enough!!

I have the blahs and all i want to do is SHOOT the BLAHS AWAY! I FEEL STABBIE about it! Why can't i get motivated? Well OK maybe i know why.....maybe i know why and i don't want to face it. Ugh.

November 4th

OK people who post that they are voting but don't say who their voting for BUT say "Go out there and vote for CHANGE because I HOPE for CHANGE." Gosh i wonder who they could be voting for....Just say it! Say who your voting for!! Personally i believe i will be voting for Sponge Bob or Mr. Krabs. It's a toss up. On the one hand you have Sponge Bob who is generally a nice guy but can be firm when he needs to be. But he is easily influenced by others. On the other foot you have Mr.Krabs who knows how to save money. He knows how to make money....but he's not the most fair minded individual. How ever his name is fun. President Eugene Krabs! YEAH!!

Election day is such a big deal to some people and just another day to others. I'm more concerned with the after. What is going to happen? neither candidate seems good neither of them seem like they will bring Change. If we could go back and nominate actual candidates i would like that very much. I would like a do over.

Moving on, last night i got a glow in the dark pillow case! I got skull socks! I got cereal! I had lots of fun with my mom & sister. As always....although mom was not herself...I do hope she is alright. No worries i will call her lots to check up on her....make sure she does not need anything.

An interesting day today....an owner has left...and my co-worker is taking some revenge on an ex.

My weekend was fun. I saw some trick or treaters on Friday night. I walked for a good cause on Saturday morning. And i hung out with two of my favorite people in the world on Sunday!

I am being so informative today! HA! I have so much candy right now.....i had candy for breakfast.....as the oatmeal sat on my desk candy won. So oatmeal maybe tomorrow.

Tonight is SHOPPING!! Hopefully there is lots of fun Halloween clearance to be had! or at least something neat-o! I should see about getting Christmas gifts and i need to make sure i have current address of people so i can send Christmas cards out on time! (cough not like Halloween ones cough!)

I can't believe it's already November! Soon it will be Thanksgiving. Then Christmas....THEN 2009! I'm still waiting for the flying cars! (LOL)

Philadelphia is insane right now and i am no where near it THANK GOD! The trains stopped bringing people into the city around 1pm. Poor people who actually needed to go there. Insane people who are currently there. The lady on the news just said it's bringing everyone together including....babies? babies? WTH? I'll give you an overview of the parade...

One truck full of players.....a bus.....majestic....electronics.....1980....revitalization.....1980......30 people deep.....trains stopped......majestic........electronics....1980.


I swear they must have said 1980 and electronics at least 1000 times in the course of 3 hours. IF NOT MORE.

On the plus side going home for lunch took all of 8 minutes today b/c no one is here they are all in the city! Usually it takes 15-18 minutes to get home at lunch. Nice.

THURSDAY.

So a few things that are amusing me today:

Taking the shopping out of shopping: My honey bless his heart…was asking me last night on the phone to go on the computer and look for lamps. I said “where should I look?” He said “Target.” I said “well, why don’t we just go there!?” (Yeah this sounds kind of hole in the bucket but I swear it’s not) and he says “b/c then I will have to drive everywhere looking for a lamp and I don’t want to drive everywhere.” It made me sad b/c he is taking the shopping out of shopping and I LOVE SHOPPING!! But it also amused me b/c typical boy not wanting to shop but knowing he needs something.

People who don’t look EVERYWHERE: What I mean by this is people who are looking for say a file or their glasses. So they look in a few places then START freaking out because they weren’t able to find it in the 1st 5 minutes of looking. OR better yet they look in the most obscure out of way impossible places BEFORE looking in the obvious places 1st. SO instead they freak out look like a moron and then find it 20 minutes down the line in the place they should have looked 1st. example: Co-worker is looking for a piece of paper. She looks a little around her desk doesn’t find it. Then starts freaking out (rightful so b/c people were jumping down her throat…but nonetheless) looking in individual files in the other room. Hand writes out what should be on the sheet she is looking for….Only to THEN look in all the stuff on her desk to find the paper in a folder it should not be in BUT would likely end up in b/c it’s a lot sheet and it was with other lot sheets but for a different place.

Then we have the “don’t try everything 1st” people: This goes like I can’t print from word but I’ve only tried printing by pressing ctrl+P. I haven’t gone to file, Print. Or right clicked…or the few other things. WHY, why? Why don’t people exhaust every possibility before asking for help on simple things? I’m not talking your afraid you might mess something up. When you try everything you learn in my opinion not only that you don’t end up feeling like an ass b/c the answer was so simple! Moving on: Yesterday the girls and I wanted to go to lunch together (we can’t do this often b/c one of us needs to stay behind and answer phones and greet people). So we get permission and we are headed out the door. The funny owner is walking out with us and we say “you want to go with us we’re going to the diner?” (Jokingly only cause yeah right you want to go with us) But he says “yeah I’ll drive.” We are walking out thinking he was joking and He is not. So we end up going to the Back to the 50’s restaurant he is always talking about. Of course through the course of everything he is saying funny stuff b/c that is what he does. Like…When the waiter says “what a lovely bunch of ladies you have with you today.” He looks around and goes “Where? Where do you see these ladies? I don’t see any.” Then on our table there is a picture of him and the other owner. My co-worker puts her elbow down and he says “You can elbow Mr. other owner in the face but please don’t do it to me.” Because her elbow happens to be covering the other owners face. Or how he says “I had to drive and Pay, I think I got the raw end of the bargain!” Meanwhile he won’t let us see the check.

It was fun. Ok I’ve typed enough….oh my fingers! Bye

Rain...no snow....no rain...wait Snow

Rain & Snow….what is going on? Pick one not both! And if it’s going to be snow make it thick so I can at least go boarding! What a tease you are Mother Nature! Big old tease! Not that I’m ready for snow…my winter stuff is still in the storage unit despite wanting to pick it up this weekend…we didn’t. And the shoveling! Who ever looks forward to the shoveling should be hit with a shovel! (Update: it’s sticking to the ground by ground I mean grass not roadway now! Freak’n snow!)

Last night was fun despite unruly jewelry and sick sissy poo. We had tortillas! I tried to make the 1st of 30 party favors but that didn’t work so well…try #2 will commence tonight. (Or tomorrow…) I still need to finish my dang blanket and my Halloween cards should be out today. I bought cute cards but lack of motivation has kept them in my possession for far too long, and it’s highly possible people will get these late….totally my fault but I tried! LOL I am really not doing well with getting stuff done!

Ok let’s take some time out to send good vibes my sick sister’s way! Let’s hope that her boss sends her home early and she can go home and sleep it off….as opposed to the walk it off she is attempting and failing to do. Sick is no fun.

Update I guess

So I have lots of things to talk about….hopefully….i mean I haven’t really posted in a while cause the sickness….lol

Last weekend remember how I told you I was going hiking in Jim Thorpe? Well that did not happen we hiked around to stores instead. Which is fine by me b/c I love shopping! However my dear friend did make the mistake of taking me to the evil place. I still feel unclean from the experience. But I forgive her b/c she meant well.

This past weekend I watched Maid of Honor which was a good movie. It was cute and funny. I had a pumpkin bagel with pumpkin cream cheese! YUMMMY! Then I hung out with my mom for like five seconds before we went to my aunts for dinner. My aunt made me happy belated b-day Mac & cheese! Yum! We played Dutch blitz which I rock at! We also played WAR which I rocked at….LOL as if you can rock at that. It’s all about chance. And the game could go on forever and ever! We had a lot of fun!! It was the best belated b-day dinner!!

Then Sunday….i….did……Not a darn thing! I have a hefty list of things I should do….but motivation and inspiration are lacking! So wow look at all that I had to write about….LOL

To the Doctor

So i have been sick this week....not fun...i don't get to see my mom or my sissy. And even though i stayed home from work i didn't do anything b/c i felt like poo. I did do some work while home...i worked on matching paper work up and organizing it. Yippee....paper work....with one staple!

Did I even post about my weekend....Oh no i didn't....well my weekend was fun even if it was sleepless. I spent lots of time with my mom! I had a yummy salad with my friend. I carved pumpkins which i will post pictures of. At the moment my pumpkin is being eaten alive by animals of the night! poor dear.

OK i go now and try to make through the next hour....Doctor here i come!

Come ON Inspiration!!

Ok so i have NOT been able to write good descriptions for my moms AWESOME Jewelry Treats!! I am lacking the pictures I want!! AND Honey took his camera with him!! So i am going to make the creator and my aunt wear some JT's for photos tonight! (My aunt has a camera! HA!!)

I am going hiking tomorrow and I REALLY WISH I HAD A CAMERA! DANG IT!! Man I'm whinny! I blame it on the fact that i can't SLEEP with out my Honey! DANG NABIT! when did i become so reliant on another person?! I use to be able to sleep and good sleep not just sleep no matter what, when, where or how! I slept like a rock! Now i wake up to phantom rings and at hour intervals checking the clock! You know they tell you a lot of things about being in a relationship but they never tell you that you might lose the ability to sleep well!! Grrrrrrrrrr!

Plus i don't know what to do at lunch here is the story:
I am going Hiking so i bought hiking shoes last night (they were cheap) BUT the freaking lady left the security tag on my shoes! SOB!!
So for lunch should I:
1. go to EMS and look at their shoes (b/c at this point i feel like since i have to go back to the store to get the tag removed i might as well return the stupid shoes and say fuck off! so i would need another pair since i have sneakers that are NOT good for hiking!)
2. go home and get the shoes i bought and all my stuff together to stay the night at my moms tonight. Then on my way to my moms get the STUPID tag removed from the shoes?
3. Go fucking insane b/c i know i will need food somewhere in there!!!
4. Jump off a bridge that way i wont need food or SHOES with security tags on them!

I am at the end of my rope b/c SLEEP & GOOD FOOD are needed!! And i wont get sleep until Sunday night! Hopefully i get good food tonight but i have my doubts about that one!

PS Katie i am going to be at Jim Thorpe tomorrow......you stole my idea! (:o)

Alone...

So my honey is leaving (well left already) for the next 4 days. No fair! I hate empty beds! Cold sheets! So I am going to keep myself busy! Tonight i will SHOP and etsy! Tomorrow I most likely will go with my mom to my aunts and i might stay the night at my moms.....I have to think about that one.....Then Saturday I will be hanging out with my friend. And Sunday is still an open day...might be a stay home and crochet day.....hummmmmmmm

Work is a little better but it's still work....what can you do?

Vacation No more

"Back to life back to reality!"

Work is well you know how when you rip all the legs off a daddy long legger and their body still moves around? or like when a chicken gets it's head cut off it's body still runs around? Well i am the daddy long legger or the chicken!

Vacation was great! I had chicken parm w/ no sauce and cheese bread, 2 bean burritos, double broccoli pizza light on the sauce with ranch dressing, quesadilla with homemade chips and sour cream, ice cream, & a root beer float! Did i mention all the sweet tea i had which made my tummy ache but was still yummy! damn you sweet tea! I didn't get to have a yummy frozen coffeeish drink or a sweet tea slushie.

Besides eating i shopped! I got lots of good work clothes for cheap and i got by far the best thing EVER!!! A new double zip sweater! It's awesome i have been looking for double zip ever since i had to retire my old one. lovely! we got cheap yummy smelling candles! I looked and looked for my sis's gray yarn....i even went to the evil place no one has it!! Stupid missing yarn!

So Dan and i got ice cream at Maggie moos and we were sitting outside on the rocking chairs...eatting....enjoying the slow pace.....when a squirrel starts approaching us. He is sniffing and sniffing going crazy. And he is circling in and out from under Dan's chair....so I'm thinking he is smelling Dan's peanut butter ice cream with peanut butter sauce. So i put some on my finger and see if he will take it. He does he licks it off my finger! I give him more and he licks more! i had my finger with the ice cream out of his reach and he took his little paws and brought my finger to his mouth! IT WAS SO CUTE! but most people i tell this story to are horrified that i trusted him not to bite me.....but he looked nice enough.....


Then i got to see the doggies and the kitty i have been missing! I especially have been missing Crunchy the sweetest dog! She is a cutie pie!! I helped bring the doggies some treats b/c they are SO cute! And they were just lots of fun!

We saw my old wonderful cute super fun and awesome boss! She is so nice! She is opening a second store so it's nice to see her doing well! I also saw my friend you know the ONE friend i made while i lived down south...well the one friend i made that i hung out with. She was super fun as always! And she is doing well with her job!

We saw Dan's mom & step dad and they made us a super yummy meal! They also enjoyed all the gifts we had been saving for them. I watched sleeping beauty at their house that was neat i hadn't seen that in forever! And they were very nice to be around! Dan's mom seems to be doing really well making friends through school and enjoying life more. OMG and she has awesome decorating skills! Really awesome! The rooms we use to live in amazing!

We didn't get to see Dan's FUN super FUN Grandma or his Doctor he use to work for. But maybe next time whenever that will be. We also didn't get to beach it at all b/c it was rainy all except for the day we were leaving! of course! O'well we still had a fun time!

So tonight i go to my moms! and i get to see my sis! FUN TIMES ahead...now i just need to figure out what i am going to have for dinner......OK i have typed enough...bye!

What are weekends for

No apartment for us. It all started falling apart for us Saturday night when we still had not signed the lease…and he did not seem to be getting to it anytime soon! How do you expect people to move when you don’t give them some type of security? I said if he is being like this about something that will benefit him how will he be about stuff we need done? So… no apartment for us.

Saturday I got my oil changed and ended up spending 200$ on replacing belts! But at least I can feel a little better about driving my car to NC this week. I spent a little time with my mom. We helped my Honey’s sister out. She’s been bed ridden with back problems. No fun! We had a yummy dinner at Panera….well just don’t get the black bean soup…gross. And then we went home.

Sunday I helped my sister clean her closet room. We had yummy Taco Loco for lunch! We also took pictures for the fall Jewelry Treats Etsy shop/ blog. And then I went home and cleaned some more of my stuff. I put all my yarn and crocheting stuff together in one bag! I worked some more on my never ending blanket.

I am happy & not happy about the not moving thing. I am happy from the perspective of less money i will be paying in rent. I am unhappy about it b/c no privacy. I hate being a animal at the zoo and that is what i have been for the past (almost) 2 1/2 years. Having to explain myself with any meal i eat at "home," having people analyze where i go and what i do, having people make comments about things i have said, or taking what i have said out of context, and just in general not having an escape when i get home.

My Honey claims that this isn't happening in the degree to which i feel and maybe some of it is worse in my head b/c i am a super sensitive person at times. It's frustrating b/c i sound ungrateful and that is not what i want to come out. I am grateful that we have been able to have free or cheap places to live. I just know there is always a price to be paid.

O'well Monday today....lets get through it! (only 3 days in this work week for me :o))

Did that just happen?

Chocolate and Cheese Oh MY! What a yummy fun night! I LOVE the melting pot! THANK YOU SISTER!! Also shopping was super duper fun! My sister was saying how much she hates dogs. Like really, really hates them….and I said “well lets hope you never go blind and need a seeing eye dog!” Then she said “I would get a seeing eye robot……a Roomba! I’ll put it on a string!!” Now THAT is funny just imagine that! (feel free to doodle that!)
We still have yet to sign the lease for our apartment so I hesitate on celebrating too much. Yet I still envision the day my stuff will be out of storage….where I can sit in my living room and crochet an awesome project! Where when I clean something it stays clean for more then a day! I can’t wait!

Oh I forgot this funny honey story. Yesterday on my way to meet my sister I text messaged the honey asking him if he could get my things out of the dryer for me. So on my way home I call him and ask if he got my laundry out of the dryer for me. The following conversation happens:

ME: Did you get my laundry for me?
Him: Someone else did.
Me: How do you know?
Him: Someone else just did.
Me: Was it on the bed?
Him: Yes…
Me: No that would be the laundry I got out before….there’s still more in the dryer.
Him: Oh ok then the answer is No.
LOL so he got it out before I got home….He’s funny and cute.

So today at work I believe we are sweating out the PA Tax lady. Either that or someone realized that it’s colder in here then it is in a meat locker! But I think I will stand by the notion that they are sweating someone out. Also the one manager apparently is infamous for stealing calculators. The other day the girls were telling me he does this and that is why they hide theirs. (This was after we all claimed that ours is the best and everyone else’s sucks…..Really MINE is the best….but I move on.) So today apparently the calculator stealer struck….he took the owners calculator. Its funny b/c I gave the owner a new one and he still had to call the suspect and tell him he was a “calculator stealer!!”

Another funny work thing: My manager got a photo sent to him from a golf outing. He immediately threw it in the trash can. I said you’re just going to throw it away? And he said Yes. So I told his dad if he wanted to see a nice picture of his son it’s in the trash can in an envelope. So he goes and gets it and asks my manager where it is….can he see it….and he says (the manager/ son) “you see how fat I am everyday why do you need to see an awful picture of it?” LOL this was said after I almost said something bad. They were going back and fourth about how keep the chairs up and I almost said “lose weight….”

Oh to update…the other day I cleaned my closet & part of the mess near the closet! So I worked on one thing….it may have not been two things BUT it was one! Task managing here I come! (ok so I’m far away from that but whatever!)

Ok happy it's almost Friday which means it's almost the weekend Day!

All over the PLACE

So everyday i think..."OK i will get it together and have a plan for: work, home, packing, cleaning, making appointments that i need to, and things like that." and everyday it all falls apart before my feet even touch the ground! Work especially! Nothing goes according to plan because for that to happen the plan needs to at least have a shape already!

It seems like all my energy goes into nothing....at the end of the day i feel like i actually ended up deeper in the black hole! I'm not entirely upset about it....I'm just wondering how it happens. how do you actually go backwards?

Well all i know is TODAY will be the day i get it under control. And by under control i mean I'll try to get a handle on at least 2 things. Hey nothing wrong with baby steps right? Right!

Well i sure hope so.

FRIDAY!!! So i some how got suckered into counting fish heads tomorrow....well we don't actually count fish heads but....anyways. OT sounded good....till i just realized that i have to wake up early on Saturday....and no shopping or breakfast will be happening. What has the world come to!?

But my night tonight should be wicked fun!! I so have to make sure we get a photo standing by the door! it all makes sense to me! Even if it doesn't to you!

Would you ever think of putting a Gun show and a Gem show together? But the more i think about it the more logical it seems. The husbands are at the Gun show while the Wives are at the Gem show......

My weekend was awesome as expected. It started out with a fat cat stuck under a porch. Dang cat! Then i hung out with my mom! She made me some yummy JTs! Then i went to The Yard Dogs Roadshow! Awesome! Double awesome was getting my hair cut and the people i went with! All fun and super good looking! The Yard Dogs were awesome have i said this b/c i feel i need to! Just super awesome and lots of fun!!

Then Sunday breakfast with two very good friends.......then.......THE GEM SHOW, GEM SHOW, GGGGGGGGGEM SHOW!!! I bought tons of fun super fun stuff! My mom got stuff! My sis got stuff! and Her husband got stuff! Hooray for stuff! Then we had YUMMY lunch for my b-day & my sis's husbands b-day but the mac & cheese pizza was more for me. I LOVE my ELVIS apron & Hot plate holder!! ELVIS FOREVER! Can't wait for my own apartment to use them in! Also my sweater is sweet! Fun Fun!!

Then my mom and i scored some neat Avon stuff! SCORE! Even if the store is ghetto and the workers are super lazy and RUDE! Very RUDE!! We agreed that the items we wanted to purchase could NOT be left behind. Dang Double Dang.

Then i returned home to my over worked Honey to watch a movie and go to sleep!

Now here we are at Monday....what does this week hold? Shall we sit tight and find out? Sure why not!

Hello Friend.

So last night was super fun! OH NO......Oh well....i just remembered that I forgot to take a peanut butter peanut chip peanut butter filled cookie this morning which means no hope of getting one b/c I'm sure the cookie monster took them all if he remembered. Oh well....back to the point....

Last night was super fun!! Crocheting, food, scarves, cookies (the above mentioned PB PB chip PB filled ones), and good people! My sisters friend is A. Super cute, B. Super nice, & C. a fast learner! (which may mean she is super smart....) She was crocheting on her own in no time! The fastest i have seen! I have 5 triangles left to make and then i start the putting them together mind field! Why did i decide it would be neat to make a 72 piece blanket? O'well I'm already here no turning back now! (I suppose this maybe slightly what quilters feel like....all those pieces......needing putting together.)

Today supposedly we will meet the PL's Girlfriend! I hope so! And i hope he knows who he is picking by the end of the week so we know if we need to keep looking or not! Also if we need to start planning our future furniture buying or not! It would be nice to be able to know when and where i can start picturing my things being for more then a few months at a time!

Honestly these past few years i have felt bad for all my "storage" items! Who am i to banish them? So sad they might not like me once i finally release them from their prison. They might decide to abandon ship! I feel really bad for the tortured ones! the ones that i would take out for a month or so only to banish them once again! How they must feel like i was just messing with their emotions! I love you STUFF!!

Sad i wont be seeing the Mom tonight. :o( But cheer up i hope to see her Saturday or Friday...i will definitely see her on Sunday (GGGGGGGEM SHOW!)!!

Everything mushed together

The perspective landlord (PL from hence fourth) had to cancel last night. I'm a little steamed not boiled at the Honey b/c the PL is majorly concerned that the place wont be big enough for us. The #1 reason i believe is b/c when we were walking through the place Honey had to go on and on about how i would take up all the closet space.....and the space under the bed....and this space......and that space! (OK i am exaggerating a bit but ugh.....if only we knew every word we said would be held against us in the court of PL!) PL says we are at the top of his list....i do hope the list is short....like we are the only ones on it short.

He has called our references so I'm guessing that he is starting with us and if he likes us he will end with us and we will all live happily ever after.....

Tonight is CROCHET NIGHT!!! (with a chance of Taco Loco!!) I will also be meeting my sisters super cute ex-co-worker.....well she is her friend i suppose so i will hence fourth refer to her as my sisters super cute friend. Maybe i will actually get somewhere on my blanket! Also i am getting a trim. My hair is getting a bit wolverine esq on the sides. My honey claims he likes it....i claim if he does indeed like it, it's b/c he likes wolverine.

My quads are OK....not great but OK. Mama hugs are awesome....to bad we don't have a microwave up stairs at work.....and i doubt i will be brave enough to go down stairs and use that microwave. Besides the fact that i might fall on the slippery floor on my way too it....it's just too risky to stand around waiting for the hug with people watching me.....nope no down stairs microwave for me.

This weekend is going to be a busy but fun one! And the plans i have made will actually stick because the people i made them with are reliable! Yippee for reliable! But sadly tomorrow night i was going to hang out with my mom but now tomorrow is the new night to meet with the PL & his girlfriend.....But I'm thinking that if my mom is in a shopping mood I could have her meet me at the.....oh never mind there wont be enough time and i don't want to cut her time short for the PL. Ugh. I WANT MY MOM!!! Well i suppose i will hang out with her this weekend. Well Sunday for sure.

I don't think there is anything else to spill right now so i guess I'll chat some more tomorrow.

Quadriceps Strain

I am old.....or so i like to tell myself. I strained my quadriceps I believe.....playing my beloved soccer. It's OK i still love you soccer.....forever. I will stretch and strengthen you quadriceps so you are ready for soccer once again!

That was my night! i got my Honey all ready to watch the game and watch me play....And then....ouch.....ouch.....what the heck ouch! He took me home and helped me ice it! Now today i am icing....stretching...and heating the shit out of it!

This weekend went fast as always everything changed in an instant! But it was still nice! I went to POCOs!!! I love you Pocos!!! I get to play soccer tonight!!!! I love you soccer!!! and well today is going really slow! I hate you slow going Monday......well not hate just am not happy with....maybe when i get older i will look back on this time and ask what the rush was....but i don't think so........

I also saw the ever lovely mom this weekend! She is fun! And my friend who is with child is SOOOOOOOOOO CUTE right now!!! Even if she thinks otherwise i think she is super pretty and cute with that baby in belly!! :o)

Have a Great weekend everyone (hey mine will be good if 2 of my hopes come true!)!!

Plans.

So why is it an impossible feat to get plans made with more then one person being involved? I am trying to make plans this weekend with two friends for either lunch or dinner. They both express interest in wanting to go and then I e-mail, I text, I call, I voicemail and NO one gets back to me!!! Well ok they get back to me but this is what i ask "would you like to do lunch or dinner and what day/time works best for you?" Response: "either works for me." So then i set a time thinking OK i HAVE to be the one to make the decision!! Didn't work! So finally i wrote a pleading message and got a response. I know that people are busy so I'm not saying that my friends suck I'm just wondering why it is so hard!!?!!



I know my sis runs into the same problems people will make plans then not communicate and everything goes down hill from there! AND it's only trying to get 3 people together (2 really b/c I'm one of the 3)! So again I ask why so hard?



On that note I am NOT planning squat for my b-day this year. No dinner, no trying to get people together....no nothing I'm tired of always planning having people bale or just never respond. This year i will avoid all the disappointment by not setting myself up for it!! SO if you want to have dinner with me for my b-day call me plan something yourself cause I am too old to keep trying!!

Not saying all my friends suck just saying it's too hard! (and yeah all my friends SUCK....bahahahahaaaa i kid i joke)

So also as mentioned above i am going to be 27 in 12 1/2 days!! 2 7

OK this almost 27 year old is done you talk now!

So soccer last night was totally awesome!! Not only was it fun but it was really a good work out!! My sis's husband is really good! He is also very fast!! It's interesting to see someone in a different setting. I'm use to seeing him at picnics and shopping from time to time. He's an easy going guy so to see him kicking some butt on the soccer field is totally neat! My mom and i felt bad b/c we were trying to explain to him how fast and awesome he is but it just sounded all wrong when we were saying it! :o( B/c we said you would never know he was that fast! and that could be taken the wrong way and how it was meant was that looking at how laid back and easy going he is you just don't picture this fast ball kicking machine! So i hope he knew what we meant!!

Also i hope i can play some more b/c that would be SWEET!

My sis drew me an awesome doodle and when i go home for lunch i will try to remember to bring it back with me so i can scan it and post it!

A story unfolding

So there is a 2 Bedroom apartment for rent in a mansion. In the add it states that the master bedroom is "average" size. This lead me into a whole story about the apartment....here it is for your entertainment:

Well the apartment use to house the servants of the mansion b/c why would you build an "average" size anything for yourself or guests? Not only did it house servants but there were 8 housed there 4 to a bedroom. In my mind (with my sisters help) the servants got whipped....and in my mind the next tenants would get midnight calls to make snacks in the main kitchen out of old habits through the intercom that was conveniently still active. "Reginald can you bring me my slippers please!"

And if i were to live there they would be excited to have a Mexican renting from them! I mean think of all the manual labor a Mexican might do in exchange for boarding!? My sis suggested i could make tips off the deal to off set the cost of living there. by the way the 2 bedroom can be yours for 1350$ a month....it has a private entrance!

A guide if you will...

So here is a list of things you should try to avoid while showing an apartment:



- The electric being turned off... i.e. no lights to show the dank bathroom or the dank kitchen.

- Not airing the place out... especially if the previous tenant had any kind of animal or smoked!! air it out!!!

- Not vacuuming the floors... no one wants to see what the previous tenant had living under the roof with them if you catch my drift!

- Doors that don't quite open right... how much am i paying for this place with a dicey door?

- Not showing up on time... What does that say about you Mr. 15-20 minutes late showing us an apartment with names written on your hand!

These are all things to avoid if you want to attract the proper tenants.

The apartment hunting continues...tonight honey will be looking at 3 places whilst i play soccer!! VIA SOCCER!!! Why does apartment hunting feel like going on a series of blind scary dates? On the plus side we have plenty of time to find the right place and not just the "OK fine" place. Also moving out wont be a one day to get it all done deal... Not that we plan to linger just that it's nice to not be crunched for time. But since we packed up and moved from state to state in one day i think we can do it from town to town. Also we have a free moving truck to use through our storage unit! Awesome!! So it really isn't that bad....right?

Speaking of soccer....i can't wait to PLAY tonight!! With other human beings!! I hope i don't suck too much as it's been quite sometime since i played but....it will still be super fun!! :o)

Also i should mention that i use to be a Candy Stealing Punk. (that is for you sis)

Thought i would share

The below post is the worlds most awful bathroom ever!!! and it can be yours for 825$ a month! So you can tell last night was another bad apartment hunting trip! We looked at a place that was a split twin. The bottom was a tiny one bedroom with no closets and no storage in the bathroom. The top was a scary two bedroom with the worlds worst bathroom AND it had cockroach poo! Yum!!

Then we looked at more over priced lofts! These were fake lofts and stupid lofts! STUPID! I didn't get to see my mom or sister :o(! Due to the fact that i kept getting LOST!! and Traffic! Nightmare all of it!!! We did manage to have a good dinner. And i am well on my way through book 4!!

This weekend i have not planned much. So i can't sit here and tell you lots of things only to contradict myself on Monday!!

FYI this did not feel like a 4 day week! It felt like a 100 day week!

When you tell me to "HURRY UP i need this information RIGHT away!!" So i hurry up drop everything and I'm in the middle of research then you say "Don't go crazy if it's taking too long just forget it." WHAT am i supposed to do with that?? HUH?

Sorry HURRY up Friday! But um don't go crazy....just forget it.
