Conversation goes like this:
ME: Hello.
Them: Hello before i help you today may i get your name?
Me: Sure, Topaz Last Name (i said it slow and loud).
Them: Ok Joe how may i help you today?
Me: No it's Topaz T O P A Z Last Name L A S T N A M E (thats me saying it and spelling it)
Them: Ok Joe.
Me: NO it's TOPAZ!!! TOPAZ!!!! TOPAZ!!!!! (ok so i didn't say it that much just once)
Them: Oh thats your 1st name i thought you were saying Joe Topaz.
Me: OY!!
COME ON where did Joe come from? WHERE?!
