This, that, and the CALI thing
So today has been an interesting day. I am wearing one of my H&M belt in the middle dresses that make me feel ooo so pretty. I am at the grocery store in the chip isle (b/c lets be honest who needs anything else from the grocery store besides chips and chocolate) and the sweetest old lady turns to me as she is walking by and says "You look very pretty." (with a reassuring head nod so that i extra believe her!) AWESOME!! I loved it! Then I'm in line and i had the dark chocolate chex mix the lady in front of me in line says "That looks good have you had it?" I hadn't (but have now and it is yummy lady a head of me in line!). Then the cashier says "That DOES look good!" LOL I was AWESOME today at the grocery store! GO ME! (I swear i am not full of my self just full of it.)
So then i get back to work and everyone is telling me how great my hair looks or how nice my dress is. HA the Dress thing is finally taking it's effect on people only took them a few months! (maybe even almost a year....) And the hair FINALLY people are commenting on my hair other then telling me how blondie / colored / short / big it is. It's all so nice and sure maybe a little amusing b/c it's the same me wearing a dress that i have worn several times before with the hair i have had now for 2 maybe 3 weeks....Well I'll take what i can get even if it's a delayed reaction!!
So California & Vegas were awesome! Amazing! FUN FUN FUN! I didn't go over budget (miracle i know). I ate some really yummy food. Saw some very pretty beaches! Visited Laguna beach the 1st beach i remember visiting and back then i HATED the beach. Best part about that is I hated one of the most beautiful beaches i have seen personally in this life of mine. Funny how that works.
I found an awesome used book store and library in Laguna. They not only let me use their computer but they let me print 5 pages for free! (why Topaz do you need to do that on vacation....so i can check into my flight the day ahead and print the boarding passes that's why silly!) I got 4 books for my mom and the lady let me pay in nickles and dimes!
Vegas - we ended up walking most of the strip by accident and it turned out to be awesome b/c we saw so much more then if we would have drove. We saw the flamingos (there was a black one), tigers (the white ones), lions, dolphins, butterflies, the bajillions of fountains, statues, and crazy stuff Vegas has to offer. (even the not so pretty stuff but you know that comes with everything.) We were at the top of the Eiffel tower which i highly recommend totally worth the 12$ especially at night! I will post some photos to prove it!!
I saw my friend. She is pretty & could have so much.....and doesn't know it at ALL! She has no sense of self i really wish she could see what she has. Sad BUT i still had a good time with her and I'm very glad i got to see her. PLUS hello she let us stay with her and use her car for free! Even tried to buy us dinner a few times. She was very generous!
Ok this is a long post I'm done now. Pictures to come soon. (and i swear I'm not just saying that) (Oh and they will be different then the ones posted on facebook just so sissy will be happy)

To protect the not so...
The conversation:
"I hate him. Do you think he will die?"
"Like on the show?"
"Or in real life?"
"I don't think so..."
"Why? Can't he die of drugs or drinking?"
"Sorry but people don't die of ugly. I mean look at England!"
"Oh man. I hate him."
I wont tell where this was heard or the people involved b/c i am protecting the not so innocent. But it was too funny i just had to blog it.
Anyways...what have i been up to since my last post...
- going to storage and finding everything that i wanted!!! (this usually happens when i can get the honey to go with me because he will help move stuff around...my 18 year old cousin will just watch his 27 year old cousin move everything herself....but at least he keeps me company.)
- I got my hair cut and colored by the best hair dresser in the world and my hair in one word AWESOME! OK i could use like eight million more words but to see it is to believe it!
- the best hair dresser in the whole world in one word AWESOME! (yeah Sis!)
- My wonderful mother found the skates i had been looking for! She in one word AWESOME!
- I had chicken pot pie...did you? (sis you don't count)
- pre pre packing b/c i keep having nightmares that i have nothing packed and end up with a plastic bag full of whatever i could grab at the last minute for CA!! NOOOOOOOOOOOO
- Working. In one word BLAH!
- Watching A. Vs. M.!
- Eating Pocos!
- Having Chicken Parm! Yum!
And there is my short list of things. Have a swell Wednesday!

Blogging about Blogging
Per your request dear sissy i will blog about blogging.... how does one go about that...
well i suppose i could talk about some of the things people blog about...like people who blog about every problem they have using every name and even pictures of the people that are causing the problems. Um it's likely they will find it. Or people who blog about how they agreed to be in a threesome with a married couple and live in the married couples house only to break up the marriage and marry the husband and kick the wife out. In this case you should keep that info to yourself. Or maybe people that blog about illegal things they do. Hello the Internet is not 100% anonymous......in fact the opposite!
Or should i blog about how easy and hard it can be to blog sometimes? Sometimes things to blog just happen right before your eyes! Sometimes i say "oh i need to blog that." (and it never happens) Sometimes it's like i got nothing inside this skull of mine! But i suppose it happens to the best of us.
Or shall i talk about why blog is. In my mind blog is for a few reasons:
-You have such a crazy story your sure others must hear
-You want to remember even the mundane things
-You are so full of yourself that you believe people actually need to know about you
-You have people you keep in touch with and rather then calling them all you say...."didn't you read my blog?"
-You are so worldly and knowledgeable and those damn people have yet to offer you a book deal so HELLO blogging is the next best thing!
-Hey everyone else is doing it.
-I just blog so i can comment on other blogs
-It looked fun
-An outlet to air out you anger, aggression, happiness, sadness...i think you get the point.
And these are just a few of the reasons i think blog is.
What other things about blogging can i blog? What a challenge dear sweet sissy face....Maybe i could blog about your lack of blog? (Evil laugh!) What happened to the fashion show? HUH? I liked it! I'm sure others did as well! (of course saying all this opens me up for what happened to the JT blog....so maybe i should shut my cuppy cake hole right now....)
OK enough blogging about blogging... it will soon be Friday! (but alas not soon enough)

It be Wedkneesday...argh!
This week needs to hurry up so i can get my hair done! I was going to write something more so that i could be all great and blog again but i don't know what to write about.
I could write about how you take your life in your own hands when you deny me food when i am hungry. But that story might make some sad. I wish oh how i wish i could write about recent events but it would be in my best interest to keep those off the internets! Give me something to blog about and i will!
For now i will fill this space with nonsense!
