So lets start with why I am a hillbilly today. We get a pie from a trucking company yesterday. So we save it for today. No one knew what kind it was b/c we are morons and could not find the label. So this morning we open it and I'm like "Oh it's shoefly pie! Yum!" EVERYONE around me is like...."What in Gods Green earth is that?" Me: "you don't know?! You really don't know?" (at this point I'm confused and i sort of feel betrayed!)
Some people think it's minced meat pie.....some people think it has lots of raisins and nuts in it....but NOT one person actually knows what it is besides me! Now I've sort of grown up with the belief that shoefly pie and PA go together like pizza and NY!! I really believed that people who grew up in PA should know what shoefly & funnycake are! But no not today my friends not today.
So as I'm getting some people to try it and explaining to the others what it is i was also explaining funnycake! As I'm doing this i hear from the 3 door on the left...."your a certified HillBilly!" LOL never saw that one coming.

Now lets talk about the twilight movie....Edward my buddy your ugly....your face got smashed in somehow...but at least you add humor to the movie. Bella for some time you tried to control your man voice....but you lost that control after the baseball game (what little you had) ALSO is your stunt double a robot that you actually let say most of you unemotional lines? ALSO ALSO when you were supposed to be in "Pain" why did it look like you were in the middle of pleasure? Emmett, Jasper, Esme, and Carlisle you are all very ugly. Rosalie you have junk in your trunk...good for you (your clothes however awful). Jacob....oh Jacob....you not only FUGLY but that hair.....ewww....that brown paint Spackle or whatever they used to color your skin....ewww! i do hope they replace you with someone better.....(please be right Perez Hilton)!
Lets talk about the films other weak points.....Edward if that "sparkle" is really how "Vampires" look in sunlight believe me you would fit in just fine. How can it be icy when A. it's clearly raining! and B. there are puddles? NO it can't be. Did you get your special effects on special b/c they were left over from My Secret Identity? I'm sorry Twilight you got nothing on Harry potter....except maybe humor. B/c it did keep me laughing like the soap Passions.
Moving on chocolate chip cookie stacks are yummy! Book Lending Cousins are cute! Sisters are fun! and my aunt is silly! I feel bad for being a poor turnpike toll user yesterday but i wanted to get rid of my change! the 1st toll i dropped some change as i was dumping it into the guys hand. The 2nd toll i dropped the ticket then dumped change into the guys hand! The 1st toll guy counted my change while i waited. The 2nd toll guy said "is this the right amount?" Me: "yes!" Him "OK." LOL Good Job me!
Tonight i wrap gifts! I chat with mom and sis! and hopefully we eat something yummy! YUM!

the MAD dash
So i am nearing the finish of Christmas Stuff. Tomorrow night i will be wrapping gifts at my moms house cause she has tons of wrapping paper! and she is more then willing to share! Well let me clarify....i have things i need to Crochet but that is neither here nor there....i have the things planned i just need to start them! which might mean people get stuff late....who knows!
I almost finished my cards last night! ALMOST! i was working on them when i looked at the clock and it was 10:30! I'm sure i should have started a little earlier then 8:30pm but i made dinner and did laundry in my defense....it wasn't all video games and watching TV. Sure there was an hour or 2 where i was playing video games BUT i was on fire in my one game and I had been trying to get to stage 10 for the past 3 days!! So i am finally at stage 10! with 2 lives! YES! On the other hand....the boy has his cards to fill out b/c he spent all the time playing video games... BOYS!
He plays this really saucy game where his guy makes village people fall in love with him and some of the noises or phrases the women and men say are just crazy! Such as "I've got a good discount for you right here (in a sexy voice)!" or the men say "I like your pants!" His guy married a chick and every time he is home she is like "why don't we go over there?" as she is pointing to the bed! AND it asks you if you want to "wear protection" or not!! WHAT?! and if he is away from his wife too long she will leave him. Oh and his wife no lie is a Fat-Lover. Meaning she loves fat guys? So crazy!!

1) Was 2008 a good year for you?Yeah moved back to PA, got a job fast….and get to see my family LOTS! :o)
2) What was your favorite moment of the year?Surprising everyone! YEAH! It was so much fun. I would love to do it more often! OR I loved joining the Polar bear club!

Raise your hand if having someone watch over you while you do your work helps you get your work done super fast… Anyone…..anyone…..anyone? Didn’t think many people would respond with a “yes it does.” I hate when people want something from you and then proceed to stand and wait for it. Even after I say….GIVE me 10-15 minutes…hint hint hint… GO AWAY for 10-15! I have NEVER liked people looking over my shoulder….i use to have a teacher who did that. YEAH like my horrible spelling skills and reading skills are going to be made better by YOU watching me and making me nervous!

I’ve said it before….I’m a lurker…
I am a lurker…I read several blogs and comment on NONE of them (well except like 2). But I have had to replace at least 4-6 blogs that I use to read b/c people either close them down or make them password protected! NO FUN. I am not about to e-mail them for the password….so I just don’t get to read them anymore. I know I’m a shameless lurker. Currently I check or read 13 blogs….2 of them I will comment on sometimes….3 of them are photographers blogs….and the rest I read shamelessly and never comment on! Does this make me a bad person?
I’ll admit that some of them I read because the persons life is just so crazy that I can’t believe it….some of them are just very well written….some of them are just train wrecks…. Then it makes me wonder what kind of people read my blog and what they think of me….but since my count is under 500 I’m guessing me and my sissy are my fans….LOL. O’well good thing I don’t care.
On the other foot I would like to talk about secretly funny people. I know at least 3 people that are quiet around you but are hilarious around people they really know. (yes sissy you inspired me) For instance I know this one girl that I went to school with….she was so quite but when you got to know her she could make you laugh so hard with her sarcasm! She was so funny in math class. Then my friend’s sister…she is funny and evil….you would never guess….and for years I never knew. Then you have Sissy’s husband. She tells me the hilarious things he comes up with. So funny…..come on secret funny people share the humor with the rest of us!
OK I must finish this blog or sissy with get all HULK on me!

More Shopping (i know your shocked)!
So Saturday was a huge success!! Major fun baby shower!! My friend was not surprised at all she was so sure it was her shower that she brought my b-day gift with her.....what a goob! The decorations were super neat and everything went really well! Maybe someday i will post pictures....but i doubt it! LOL
Then Sunday i went SHOPPING! I had such good luck i almost didn't want to stop! My purse was FINALLY on clearance so i got that!! And I got a few other things! SHOPPING!!
Then last night my sister and i went shopping! And i got some cute boots for when it snows. We got some really pretty tea pots for gifts! it was sad b/c we were in Value City and the announcer just kept saying over and over again that they would be closing their doors "FOREVER!" Not just for a little while but FOREVER! Sad Sad Sad! OH and we found some really neat things for my mom!! (well that was the whole point of shopping last night mom gifts!) We didn't get to see twilight but maybe next week.
Oh i have failed to mention the shopping my honey did on black Friday and this weekend....he bought me a digital camera, he bought him an XBOX 360, a zen mp3 player, a navigation unit (for us to share) and a 37" HD LCD TV. So needless to say i think Lappy and i will become bestest friends b/c i have a feeling i will no longer be able to just watch TV.
But hey maybe there will be more photos on this blog since i have a digital camera....but don't hold your breath or anything.
